ABOUT REID

Reid served 24 years in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Warfare Officer.  Retiring in 2021 as a Lieutenant Commander, he completed his service by leading cyberspace warfare operations planning at United States Central Command in Tampa, Florida. 

After his time in the Navy was complete, he completed a fellowship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, serving as a business consultant, reforming their creative marketing intake process. 

Reid then joined Verizon as a Senior Manager of Process Improvement, where he worked for 4 years. 

Across roles in the military, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Verizon, Reid has led teams in the most challenging environments, saved organizations over $20 million through process improvement initiatives, facilitated over 40 workshops, successfully managed countless programs, and integrated AI tools into daily processes to increase operational efficiencies.
